Description

The Marketing and Events Coordinator role is a full-time position providing administrative support to the marketing and events functions of North West Sydney Football (NWSF) and NWS Spirit FC.

The marketing function of the role includes managing all aspects of the websites and social media accounts for NWSF and NWS Spirit FC, preparing and executing registration campaigns for NWSF competitions and programs, and providing content to support the promotion of NWS Spirit FC.

The events function of the role includes supporting the delivery of NWSF game development programs including school holiday clinics and tournaments, leading the operational planning and delivery of NWS Spirit FC home match days and NWSF finals series and cup matches, and leading the planning and delivery of NWSF and NWS Spirit FC annual functions (such as Awards Nights and Season Launches).

Essential Requirements

  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing and / or event delivery in a sporting environment
  • High level communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Ability to work successfully with staff, clubs, and other stakeholders in a harmonious atmosphere
  • Eligible to work in Australia
