The Brisbane Bullets are a professional basketball club competing in the National Basketball League (NBL). Based in the heart of Brisbane, the Bullets are Brisbane’s oldest professional sporting Club’s with a rich history of success – dating back to 1979.

The Role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is a hands-on commercial role responsible for managing, activating, and growing the Club's partnerships portfolio. Reporting to the GM Commercial, you'll deliver day-to-day partnership execution, drive new business development, and ensure all contractual deliverables exceed partner expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with Club objectives
- Generate revenue through renewals, upsells, and enhanced activations
- Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline through prospecting and outreach
- Develop tailored partnership proposals and presentations
Partnership Management
- Manage and activate a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring timely delivery of all contractual rights
- Build strong partner relationships that drive retention and long-term growth
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, ticketing, operations, and basketball teams
- Lead partner communication, reporting, and end-of-season reviews
- Ensure alignment with Club values, brand standards, and NBL requirements
Events & Merchandise
- Support delivery of Game Day activations, themed rounds, and partner events
- Assist with Club merchandise program execution
About You
- 3+ years' experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial roles
- Degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to activate and grow commercial relationships
- Strong sales mindset with prospecting and proposal development experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Availability for home games (nights/weekends) and occasional after-hours work
