The Melville City Hockey Club (MCHC) is one the largest club in the world class Hockey WA (HWA) competition and is seeking applications from individuals to the role of Senior Men’s Coach for 2026 and beyond.
The long-term vision of the MCHC is to continue to develop our own homegrown talent through elite player pathways, driven by our proud, passionate hockey community. The Senior Men’s Top Squad Coach is pivotal in achieving this vision along with the existing Junior Development Officer.
The successful applicant will come with a background of driving a strong performance culture across a squad of 30 players, an ability to attract, retain and develop our existing squad of both young and highly experienced players to continue our recent on field success. The coach will have the full support of the club’s Executive to make this role their own, supported by:-
Full access to our first-class training facilities including private sessions on our turf;
The benefits which flow from the work being undertaken by our Junior Development Officer;
Full access to our video capability for game day planning and educational purposes; and
