Sydney Sports Management Group is on the lookout for racquet coaches who are engaging communicators, passionate about tennis, pickleball, padel and love working with adults and children of all ages. SSMG also require a Head Coach for two of our Northern Sydney facilities.
Previous coaching experience is required. We are also looking for energetic and friendly people who are proactive in their approach, and have a willingness to continue to grow their career.
Full Time and Casual positions are available. Our programs have grown in popularity, with classes running 7 days per week.
DUTIES
Deliver group coaching, including Hot Shots and adult programs. Private lessons. Assist at school holiday camps. Provide feedback to both children and parents. Work with the coaching team to grow our programs. Ensure child safety at all times.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Coaching experience
- Great communication skills
- Afternoon/evening and weekend availability
- Enjoy working as part of a coaching team to deliver quality programs
- Working with Children Check
- Drivers Licence (desirable)
