Are you passionate about Rugby, motivated to grow as a coach, and keen to make a positive impact on students? We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Rugby Coaches to join our team in Term 1, 2026, working with students across a range of age groups to develop skills, foster teamwork, and build a love for the game. Training sessions/games are outlined below - please include what shifts you are available for in your cover letter. Please note, a minimum commitment of 2 weekday training sessions and Saturday availability is required for the duration of the season.
Training/Games for the Primary School Rugby Program is held:
Tuesday: 7am - 8am
Thursday: 8:30am - 10:30am
Friday: 2pm - 4:30pm (For Term 4 only)
Saturday (Time TBC)
Training/Games for the Senior School Rugby Program is held:
Tuesday: 2pm - 5pm
Wednesday 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Thursday: 2pm - 5pm
Friday: 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Saturday (Time TBC)
What's involved...
Plan and deliver engaging Rugby training sessions
Coach teams during weekly fixtures and attend all program activities
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a positive sporting experience
Provide reports on student performance and game results.

A sound playing and/or coaching background
Experience managing teams within a school or youth sport environment
Ability to coach students across varying age groups and skill levels
Professional communication and punctuality for all sessions, games and meetings
