  • 38 hours per week (Monday to Sunday / As Per Roster)
  • Located at Nowra Aquatic Park, Scenic Drive, Nowra

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Liaison Officer to coordinate customer service operations across the Bomaderry Aquatic Centre, Nowra Aquatic Park, and Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinate customer service and point-of-sale teams to deliver a customer-centric experience.
  • Food handling and café service
  • Manage bookings and administration using LINKS Booking Management System.
  • Oversee cash handling, banking reconciliation, and stock control.
  • Provide leadership in customer service, including training staff and resolving complaints.
  • Liaise with contractors, hirers, and facility staff to ensure harmonious operations.
  • Promote memberships and encourage community engagement with facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with child safety, WHS, and Council policies.

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:

  • Current Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service role, including coordinating POS teams.
  • Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing, databases, and booking systems.
  • Proof of Australian residency or citizenship

This position requires a current NSW Working with Children Check. Applicants are required to apply and pay for this check if not already obtained.
