The Cronulla Sharks are seeking an experienced Fan Engagement Executive to support the daily delivery of ticketing operations, including builds, sales, marketing activities, and customer enquiries.
In this role, you will also be responsible for driving membership acquisition initiatives, fan engagement programs, and event support. Working closely with the Membership, Data & CRM Manager, the Fan Engagement Executive helps execute key strategies and deliverables across membership, ticketing, and fan engagement to drive growth and enhance the overall fan experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all ticketing event builds and manage match-day, finals, and away-game ticketing operations.
- Support development and execution of annual ticketing and membership strategies and sales plans.
- Drive ticketing and membership marketing initiatives to increase sales, attendance, and fan engagement.
- Coordinate post-match ticketing reporting and maintain accurate systems and processes.
- Identify and grow group ticketing opportunities through corporate, community, and junior sport relationships.
- Manage operational setup of membership and ticketing systems, including Sharks JRL registration programs.
- Lead fan engagement systems to enhance data capture, engagement, and sponsored campaign delivery.
- Assist with member and fan events, player appearances, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Provide high-quality customer service and administrative support across membership and ticketing.
A bit about you
- Experience with ticketing and membership systems such as Ticketek Aspect, WebPOS or similar platforms.
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar email marketing program is preferable
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and excellent time-management.
- Highly motivated, autonomous, and outcome-driven, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational and planning skills.
