We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Academy Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the Newcastle Jets Academy while also providing general administrative support across the wider Jets business.

What You’ll Do
Support Academy Operations: Manage player registrations, compliance, and scheduling.
Be the Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for players, parents, and staff.
Keep Things Moving: Coordinate logistics for training, match days, and travel.
Deliver Events: Help organise trials, inductions, and community engagement activities.
Assist Across the Club: Provide general administrative support across the business.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Knowledge of child safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with sports management platform experience (e.g., Squadi) desirable.
Previous experience in sports administration or similar role preferred.
Minimum two years of adminstrative experience required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
