About the Role

As Gymnastics Program Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Deliver engaging, technically sound gymnastics sessions for all levels.
  • Coordinate the gym floor and ensure classes run smoothly.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate coaching staff.
  • Identify and nurture talent for competitive programs and carnivals.
  • Manage enrolments, communication, and program administration.
  • Represent MLC School at club events, competitions, and in the wider gymnastics community.
  • Ensure safety, pastoral care, and uphold the school’s values in every session.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience as a gymnastics coach
  • Current Gymnastics Australia Technical Member (Advanced or above Coaching Accreditation)
  • Intermediate Artistic Judging accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
  • A commitment to girls’ education and the values of MLC School
  • Willingness to undergo a Working with Children Check and uphold our Child Protection Policy

Desirable:
Experience in a school or educational environment, choreography skills, advanced judging/coaching accreditation, and program administration experience.
