About the Role
As Gymnastics Program Coordinator, you’ll:
- Deliver engaging, technically sound gymnastics sessions for all levels.
- Coordinate the gym floor and ensure classes run smoothly.
- Mentor junior and intermediate coaching staff.
- Identify and nurture talent for competitive programs and carnivals.
- Manage enrolments, communication, and program administration.
- Represent MLC School at club events, competitions, and in the wider gymnastics community.
- Ensure safety, pastoral care, and uphold the school’s values in every session.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience as a gymnastics coach
- Current Gymnastics Australia Technical Member (Advanced or above Coaching Accreditation)
- Intermediate Artistic Judging accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to girls’ education and the values of MLC School
- Willingness to undergo a Working with Children Check and uphold our Child Protection Policy
Desirable:
Experience in a school or educational environment, choreography skills, advanced judging/coaching accreditation, and program administration experience.
