South East Leisure (SEL) is a facility and leisure management company based in the City of Greater Dandenong with a vision to enhance the health and wellbeing of our community by providing sustainable world class experiences.
Currently, SEL manages and operates:
- Dandenong Oasis
- Noble Park Aquatic Centre
- Springers Leisure Centre
- Dandenong Stadium
Looking ahead, SEL will also oversee the Dandenong Wellness Centre, set to open in 2027.
About the role
As the Operations Lead responsible for duty management to play a key role across Dandenong Stadium and Springers Leisure Centre.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our venues operate safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. You’ll lead daily operations, support and guide the wider team, and act as the vital link between frontline staff and the leadership team.
This position includes a regular weekend shift and we value work-life balance and are open to discussing flexible options, including part-time, to suit the right person.

Qualifications and Experience
- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid.
- HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- RIIWHS204E - Work safely at heights
- Current Working with Children Employee check
- Satisfactory National Police Check (funded by SEL)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Working at Heights Training (highly desirable)
