Max Tennis is seeking an enthusiastic tennis coach with experience working with players of all ages. The successful candidate will deliver a range of programs at our Tennis Centre in Kenthurst, helping to create a supportive, engaging, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
This position involves weekday and Saturday shifts, with a focus on providing friendly, professional service to our customers. It offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your coaching experience, customer service skills, and administrative abilities while serving as a positive role model in an active and rewarding role.
We are looking for someone passionate about:
- Delivering high-quality coaching in a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Actively engaging every student during sessions
- Supporting the development of talented young players
- Creating an enjoyable and energetic atmosphere for adult players
- Working collaboratively as part of a team, including assisting with events and promotions when required
- Communicating student progress to parents
- Restringing racquets, or being willing to learn
Ideally, you will be a Tennis Australia-accredited Junior Development Coach (or equivalent), or be willing and able to obtain this qualification. You must be a Tennis Australia coach member or able to provide proof of adequate insurance, coaching qualification, a valid Working With Children Check, and First Aid certification.
We are seeking to fill a position that requires 25+ hours per week, starting from January 2026, with the potential for the role to evolve into a full-time position.
