The Competitions and Program Administrator Netball oversees the daily operations of KDNA’s netball competitions, programs, events and facilities. The role requires exceptional planning, administration, communication and leadership skills. Working closely with the board, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders, the Operations Manager is pivotal in promoting inclusive participation, fostering community connections, and delivering the strategic growth of netball in the Kingston and Districts area.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee all netball competitions, events, and game-day logistics.
Ensure compliance with KDNA policies and Netball Victoria guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, umpires, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Board to develop and implement long-term growth strategies.
Provide content for social media and marketing to enhance the KDNA brand.
Liaise with the President weekly and report monthly to the Board.

Hours: 20-25 hours per week (including some Saturdays)
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
