A key role of the Asia Pacific (APAC) Partnerships Team, the Partnerships Manager, will support the Commercial team of APAC. The Manager will drive commercial outcomes for WSL Asia Pacific by servicing the day to day operations of the commercial team. Key tasks will focus on account management of existing partners, prospecting new leads, creating powerful proposals and post event reports to service partners in an effective manner. The role will be based in the WSL APAC Office in Coolangatta, Queensland.
Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):
Account management:
Manage and support all aspects of WSL APAC partnerships holistically
Produce post event reports in a professional and timely manner
Manage the day to day aspects of WSL APAC partnerships which includes but not limited to;
All partnership event planning needs
Successful on beach at event activation execution
Scheduling effective partner media plans
Help oversee any branded content needs
Lead day to day partnership planning meetings
Manage broadcast and social partnership needs
Commercial management:
Creating and editing effective partnership proposals
Creating post event analysis reports
Prospecting new potential sales leads
Sales Administration:
Creating and editing effective partnership proposals
Creating post event analysis reports
Help manage and update Sales related process documents and programs
Produce sales reports when necessary
Ensure all proposals and post event reports are loaded and shared appropriately
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 + years’ experience working in a sales and or account management environment
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Programs (Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google Suite
Ability to work some weekends and travel for the role
Australian work rights are required for this position
