Tamworth Pirates Rugby Football Club is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Women’s 10s Coach to lead our women’s program into the 2026 season. This volunteer role is central to continuing the growth of women’s rugby in Tamworth and providing development pathways for female players.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee coaching of the Women’s 10s program.
Plan and deliver Tuesday & Thursday evening training sessions across pre-season and season.
Support player skill development, game awareness, and team cohesion.
Recruit and retain players, creating a fun and competitive environment.
Collaborate with the Club Head Coach and engage with the Northern Suburbs Rugby Union Club to advance shared development programs.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential: Smart Rugby accreditation; Community Coaching Certification (Level 2) or equivalent.
Desirable: Experience coaching women’s rugby.
Must be willing to engage in further coaching development and learning opportunities.
