 The Position
 Loreto Toorak is seeking a dedicated and organised Sports Administrator to support our vibrant Gymnastics / Aerobics program, commencing Term 1, 2026. This ongoing part-time role (0.4 FTE) is ideal for someone passionate about sport and education, with strong administrative skills and a collaborative spirit. This position requires availability on Fridays (full day) and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. 
 Reporting to the Head of Gymnastics, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of training sessions, competitions, and events. You’ll provide essential support to the Head of Gymnastics and to coaching staff and may assist other programs as needed. This important customer service role will also be a point of contact to respond to queries relating to the program.  For further information please refer to the position description available on our careers page.  
 About You
 The successful candidate will have;
  - Level 2 First Aid and CPR qualifications and a Working with Children (Employee) check
- Coaching qualification (intermediate preferrable) will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and communication skills coupled with an excellent customer service ethos
- Data entry skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in sports administration or school-based programs (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- A genuine interest in youth sports and gymnastics
