About the Role...

As the Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the Aquatic Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of our swim school and aquatic programs. You’ll play a key role in leading staff, maintaining high standards of safety and customer service, and helping grow a positive and progressive aquatic culture.

Key Responsibilities...

• Support the day-to-day operations of all aquatic programs and services
• Assist with staff supervision, rostering, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, policies, and procedures
• Contribute to staff training, mentoring, and professional development
• Liaise with parents, customers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support
• Assist with event planning, program development, and business growth initiatives
• Act as a leader on-deck, setting a positive and professional example

About You...

• A qualified and experienced swim instructor and aquatic team leader
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Demonstrated understanding of aquatic safety standards and best practices
• High level of initiative and problem-solving ability
• Approachable, professional, and team-oriented

Essential Qualifications

• Current AUSTSWIM, RLS or Swim Australia Teacher Certification
• Current CPR certificate
• Working with Children Check
• Pool Lifeguard Certification (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in an aquatic or recreation setting
