 St Patrick’s College Shorncliffe is seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coordinator to enhance our dynamic sporting program. Join a vibrant community where sport inspires excellence and belonging.
 As a proud member of the Associated Independent Colleges (AIC) group, our school actively participates in the AIC sporting competitions, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship and excellence across a wide range of inter-school sports.
 Commencing in Term 1, 2026 (or as agreed with the successful candidate), the Sports Coordinator ensures a high-quality experience, supporting student wellbeing and achievement through the coordination of 2-3 Sports across the academic year (please refer to the Position Description for more information). This includes managing Saturday Match Day logistics to delivering pre-season training and holiday programs.
 Working closely with staff, coaches, and the wider College community, this role fosters an inclusive and engaging sporting culture that reflects our commitment to holistic education and the development of confident young men of action.
 This is a full-time position.
 What we are looking for
 The successful candidate will be passionate about fostering student engagement and wellbeing through sport. You will be a strategic organiser and collaborative leader, capable of managing a diverse and dynamic sporting program across the academic year.
 You will bring:
  - Proven experience in coordinating school or community sports programs, including match day logistics, training schedules, and events.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, coaches, and families.
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity, teamwork, and personal growth through sport.
- Experience in planning and delivering pre-season training and holiday programs.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with student wellbeing frameworks and the role of sport in holistic education.
- Degree Qualification in relevant area.
- Previous Coaching experience required.
- Coaching Accreditation highly regarded.
