We are looking for a Sports Administrator to come on board and join the team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Director, you will be driving the business forward in an administrative role that will be crucial to the organisation's goals. This role is office-based in the Sydney CBD.
Must have working rights in Australia. Potential to sponsor the right candidate.
Qualifications & experience
Sports coaching/playing experience
Paid Working with Children check (WWCC)
Sports Administration background (preferred)
Proficient in IT (word, excel & CRM's)
Tasks and responsibilities (reporting to the Director)
Recruitment and onboarding of coaches across a variety of sports at Schools and Clubs.
Administration duties include managing CRM, documents, email, and phone contact with staff and clients.
Fulfilling roles based in schools (various), OSHC centres, clubs and vacation care centres.
Working closely with the Head of National Operations.
Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
