1. NPLW Head Coach

Lead Melbourne City FC’s Women’s Youth Team in the Victorian NPLW competition.
Deliver high-quality coaching and player development aligned with the Club and City Football Group methodology.

  • Minimum AFC ‘A’ License (or equivalent) and demonstrated knowledge of youth coaching.
  • Lead training, match preparation, and player development with pathway focus to A-League Women’s.
  • Implement Individual Development Plans and provide video feedback to players.
  • Collaborate with Performance, Medical, and Analysis teams to manage workloads and wellbeing.

2. Girls Academy Physiotherapist

Deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation support for Girls Academy players, integrating best-practice injury prevention and performance care across training and competition.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a board-registered physiotherapist.
  • Experience in managing sports-related injuries.
  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation to Academy players.
  • Collaborate with ALW and Academy medical teams for seamless care and communication.
  • Manage injury prevention, treatment, and return-to-play programs.

3. Girls Academy Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate the day-to-day logistics and operations of the Girls Academy program, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for players, staff, and families.

  • Oversee scheduling, matchday operations, and player logistics.
  • Act as point of contact for parents, coaches, and stakeholders.
  • Manage kit, equipment, and compliance processes.
  • Support Academy events and player engagement activities.

All roles are offered on a part-time fixed term basis.
