ABOUT US
Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Plan and lead Association competitions in accordance with the Australian Cricket Pathway and the CNSW CASP agreements
- Be the central conduit between Cricket NSW, the Association & Clubs in relation to Association Competition matters
- Formulate, edit and review fixtures/draws on Play HQ ensuring the competition is operating in line with the relevant CNSW Playing conditions and policies
- Partner with council and other CNSW staff to ensure effective ground management and infrastructure development processes are in place and documented
- Assist the integrity unit in the communication and handling of Code of Conduct and Integrity matters in accordance with the Cricket NSW Integrity Framework
- Develop and maintain strategic plan for Strategic Partnerships inc. volunteer succession planning and player acquisition and retention
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in community sport competition administration
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work flexibly
- Strong knowledge of PlayHQ systems and registration processes.
- Financial literacy and Business acumen
