About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the Panthers’ commercial operations, contributing to the success of our partnerships, events, and corporate programs. The position focuses on developing strong client relationships, creating opportunities for new business, and supporting the delivery of exceptional experiences for partners and guests.

As the Partnerships Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Drive new business through proactive sales of corporate hospitality and entry-level partnership opportunities
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, achieving agreed sales activity and revenue targets
  • Provide high-quality account management and ongoing support for existing clients
  • Assist in the preparation of tailored partnership proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, data and reporting
  • Support game-day and event activations to ensure delivery of part benefits
  • Work collaboratively across the Commercial and wider Panthers business to maximise partner outcomes

Thesuccessful candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • 1-2 years sales experience, preferably within a sporting environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Administration, or similar (preferred)
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including some weekends and evenings for events
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is desirable
