With two full size indoor courts, as well as outdoor fields, Ryde Community Sports Centre hosts a range of both indoor and outdoor sports competitions throughout the week. 

?? About the Role

Lead the operations of Ryde Community Sports Centre, driving business growth, program excellence, and community impact. You’ll manage staff, budgets, compliance, and stakeholder relationships, all while championing the Y’s values and safeguarding standards.

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and budget compliance
• Develop strategic business plans and community programs
• Lead and support a high-performing team
• Drive marketing, sales, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure compliance with risk management and safeguarding policies
