The Bulleen Templestowe Basketball Club is seeking a Competitions Manager to lead and grow our senior domestic social basketball league, support our Big V Championship teams and help deliver the new Eastern Development league. This is a full time role based in Bulleen Vic with flexible work options available.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Competitions Manager you will be at the heart of the club's operations, driving participation, managing fixtures, supporting championship programs, and fostering a vibrant, inclusive Basketball community. You will be working closely with the General Manager and the BTBC Board to deliver high-quality competitions and experiences for players, coaches and volunteers.
KEY RESPONSIBLILITES
Grow and manage our senior domestic competition and Big V teams.
Support junior championship and development league operations
Oversee fixturing, team management, and daily administration,
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and commercial partners.
Champion child safety and inclusive sport in line with BTBC and Victorian Govenment standards.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in sports competition management (Basketball preferred)
Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Familiarity with PlayHQ or similar competition software
Passionate about community sport and player development
Committed to child safety and inclusive practices
