ABOUT US

Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Lead the strategic execution of new initiatives for the South Asian Engagement (SAE) strategy
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver all new SAE strategy activities under the "Fan" pillar for FY26
  • Uplift and lead partnerships with councils and community events to immerse the Sydney Thunder brand in key South Asian communities
  • Lead the collaboration and execution with Club & Code initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience
  • Ability to manage and execute strategic initiatives
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
