Wests Rugby play in the premier competition in Canberra which feeds into the Brumbies program.
Wests Rugby are seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative coach to lead our 1st grade team and oversee the rugby program for the entire club.
About the role
The 1st Grade Head Coach leads the coaching vision, technical development, and alignment of the rugby program across all senior grades. This role is pivotal to building a high-performance rugby environment. Minimum Level 3 Accreditation. This is a part time paid position.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative coach that can improve our players skills, design and implement specific game plans, analyse and review Wests and opposition strengths and weaknesses. They must possess excellent communication skills and are capable of building team culture.
