This is a hands-on role working within the Hostplus Cup team while also guiding physical performance programs across our other grades. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement evidence-based training programs aligned with team performance goals.

  • Use performance monitoring tools (GPS, AMS, testing protocols) to track, analyse, and report on player performance.
  • Educate players on recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle management.
  • Mentor S&C coaches and interns, driving a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

  • Proven experience in high-performance sport (Rugby League preferred).

It is considered a part-time role, with hours varying throughout the year. Rather than fixed weekly hours, the role is structured around meeting the key deadlines and objectives set by the Club and QRL.
