Active Gymnastics is one of WA’s largest gymnastics clubs, delivering programs to over 1,400 children every week. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our O’Connor venue.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue
Manage and support coaching/admin staff
Implement and monitor systems, policies, and procedures
Manage rosters, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ensure a safe, professional, and positive environment for gymnasts, families, and staff
Oversee equipment and facility maintenance to ensure a safe facility
About You:
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in sports, recreation, or venue management preferred
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of gymnastics is highly desirable (though not essential)
