Description

Are you ready to make a difference while being part of one of Australia's most inspiring charity events? The MS Gong Ride is a legendary cycling event from Sydney to Wollongong that raises vital funds to support people living with multiple sclerosis, and we couldn’t do it without the support of our amazing volunteers.

MS Plus is one of Australia’s leading providers of support for people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. For nearly 70 years, we’ve offered expert guidance on living well with MS, delivering emotional and practical support through allied health, employment and NDIS services, wellbeing programs, and peer support.

We’re seeking Train Station Assistants to support the MS Gong Ride on Sunday 2 November 2025.

Train Station Assistants scan special event train tickets using an iPad, help direct riders, and ensure everyone has a positive first and final impression of the day.

We’re looking for volunteers who:

  • Are confident using an iPad
  • Are positive and energetic
  • Are reliable
  • Able to stand or sit outdoors for periods of time
  • Are able to provide clear verbal communication to event participants

Train Station Assistants are located at Fairy Meadows Train Station and Engadine Train Station.

If you’re looking to give back, meet likeminded people or gain new skills we’d love to welcome you to our team.

Help us create a memorable and successful MS Gong Ride and support Australians living with multiple sclerosis by applying today.
