The Development Academy Manager | DH & EDR will lead AusCycling’s gravity MTB pathway programs. Working with Performance, Clubs and Community teams, coaches and the gravity MTB community, the role supports athlete and coach development and strengthens partnerships to improve pathways and performance outcomes.
