This is a hands-on position, suited to someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate staff, contractors, and event stakeholders.
About the Job
As full time Stadium Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person making sure the venue is safe, organised, and ready for action. You’ll work with staff, contractors, and event organisers to make sure everything from set-up to pack-down runs without a hitch.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising day-to-day operations at the stadium.
Set-up, pack-down, and event coordination.
Canteen duties.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and incident logs.
Keeping the venue clean, safe, and welcoming for players, spectators, and guests.
Being the first point of contact if issues come up during events.
Supporting crowd management, safety checks, and emergency procedures if needed.
Skills & Experience
Someone reliable, organised, and confident.
A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple demands within a busy environment.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Possibility of job share.
Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures would be handy, but training will be provided.
Working with children’s check.
Level 2 first aid.
Current drivers licence.
