POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead Valour’s marketing function across B2C, B2B and B2E channels. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing manager role, and a proven track record in delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and engagement.

This is a role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution. You will oversee a small marketing team, including offshore staff, manage all day-to-day marketing activity and ensure that all campaigns and content align with Valour’s brand direction and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Leadership and Execution

  • Manage and execute the marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, promotions and product launches.
  • Lead and mentor offshore marketing staff ensuring clarity of briefs, high-quality output and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, e-commerce and events, to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee all marketing outputs to ensure alignment with Valour’s brand direction and strategic goals.

Digital Marketing and Social Media

  • Oversee social media strategy and execution, including planning, content creation, scheduling and reporting across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Manage paid and organic campaigns, optimising content for reach, engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors and partners to enhance brand visibility.

Email Marketing and CRM

  • Plan, build and optimise EDM campaigns, automated flows and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo.
  • Segment audiences to deliver personalised messaging for B2C, B2B and B2E campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance and implement improvements based on data insights.

Content and Creative Oversight

  • Oversee the creation of social media assets, EDM visuals, brochures and sales collateral.
  • Ensure all content reflects Valour’s brand identity and quality standards.
  • Work with designers, freelancers and agencies to deliver polished, impactful content.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor key marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS and engagement and deliver performance reports.
  • Analyse campaign data to optimise future marketing strategies.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of social, email and digital performance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a marketing manager or leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing offshore or remote teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing across B2C, B2B and B2E markets.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Hands-on creative capabilities (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
