The Head Coach is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of MRNA’s representative netball program.

This role includes coaching the highest age group team (possibly Under 17 age group) during training and game days. The Head Coach is to design and implement age-appropriate training programs for Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17 teams. They are to guide and mentor coaches, while fostering a positive and values-driven team culture.

Working in close collaboration with administrative staff, the Head Coach ensures the smooth operation of the program and supports the wellbeing of both coaches, players and families.

Support for the Head Coach is provided by the Representative Administrator and the MRNA Committee.
