About the Opportunity
You're a dependable, organised, and caring person (or couple) with the ability to guide young adults in a supportive and structured home environment. You’re confident setting boundaries while offering genuine encouragement, and you thrive in a mentoring role that fosters independence, routine, and personal responsibility.
This role is part of our commitment to supporting young players as they transition into professional environments, helping them feel at home while developing important life skills off the field.

We're looking for someone who
- Has experience working with young people, ideally in a residential, educational, or care-based setting
- Communicates clearly, stays organised, and responds to challenges calmly and constructively
- Brings empathy, consistency, and a strong sense of routine, safety and wellbeing
- Holds a current driver’s licence and can assist with transport where needed
- Has a valid Working With Children Check
