We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Coach to lead our NBL1 Women’s Basketball Program in one of South Australia’s fastest growing regions. This is an exciting opportunity to guide a rising club with strong development pathways and a commitment to fostering female participation and high-performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the NBL1 women’s program through all competitions and training programs
Responsible for recruitment and team selections
Mentor and develop assistant coaches and junior talent
Work closely with Junior Coaching Director with collaborative pathway for juniors
Drive a positive, passionate, inclusive, and high-performance culture What We’re Looking For:
Proven coaching experience (preferably at NBL1, state league or representative level)
Passion for player development and leadership
Strong communication and organisational skills
Basketball Australia coaching accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
