What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact, delivering warm welcomes and lasting first impressions
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using our digital systems
- Keep reception areas tidy, professional, and inviting
- Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues with a smile
- Support daily admin tasks that keep our centres running like clockwork
Who We’re Looking For

- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or reception environment

- Confidence using POS systems and handling transactions

- Package: Temporary full-time opportunity: $58,545 - $61,927 gross p.a. plus 12% super | Casual pay rate: $37ph gross per hour plus + 12% super.
- Hours of work: Both Temporary and Casual Opportunities expected to be available for 6 months. Temporary full-time (38 hours per week) with option of 19-day month flex time arrangement. Casual shifts available depending on the varying operational needs of the Leisure Centres.
- Applicants must be willing to work hours across a 7 day a week spread, across all 3 Leisure Centres, operating from 5am - 9pm (Monday-Sunday).
