About the Position:
Capture the energy, emotion and community of Rugby League.
NSW Rugby League is on the lookout for a creative and versatile Digital Content Producer -Video and Design to help tell powerful stories through video, photography, and design.
From match-day hype to behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll produce high-quality visual content that showcases players, fans, pathways, and the passion of the game. This is a hands-on creative role ideal for someone who thrives in live environments and has a strong eye for visual storytelling.
Major responsibilities include:
- Film, edit and publish short-form video content for campaigns, matches and events
- Capture photography that highlights key moments and community connection
- Design graphics, thumbnails, and social assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and media teams to support major campaigns
- Drive visual storytelling that celebrates the depth and diversity of the rugby league community
- Ensure content meets accessibility standards and is ready for multiple platforms
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in video production tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Skills in photography and image editing
- An understanding of visual content for sport - emotion, energy, and audience
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends for live events
- Great time management and organisation across multiple content streams

Consistent with the nature of the sporting industry, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work weekends, evenings and reasonable additional hours as is required to fulfil the requirements of this position. Remuneration is set in recognition of this requirement.
