We're currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Club Licensing & Compliance Officer to enhance our club standards and help shape the future of football in Oceania.

About The Role
In this exciting and influential role, you will be:
- Developing and implementing Club Licensing across Oceania for OFC, OFC Pro League, and other OFC competitions.
- Serving as the main point of contact on Club Licensing matters for OFC, Member Associations, and Clubs.
- Organising and delivering engaging courses, seminars/workshops, and quality compliance audits for clubs.
- Conducting training (in-person and online) to assist clubs in effectively utilising the OFC COMET system.
- Regularly liaising with club management to support clubs through the licensing process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Performing internal appraisals and providing expert guidance to clubs on licensing submissions.
- Reporting progress and preparing comprehensive assessments of club licensing submissions for OFC committees and executives.
- Continuously monitoring and advising on developments in Club Licensing standards.
- Enhancing administrative processes and documentation related to Club Licensing.

About You
Our ideal candidate has an understanding of Football, operating within a club environment and an understanding of the Pacific. You are an ideal fit if you have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or a minimum of five years equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of club licensing systems and professional football club governance.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks, auditing, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of FIFA, OFC, and Confederation structures and operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in English (French language skills are advantageous).
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital project management tools.
- Flexibility to travel and willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends.
- Eligibility to drive in New Zealand, ability to satisfy Working with Children and Ministry of Justice criminal checks.
Additional language skills beyond English would be an advantage.
