As an Aquatic Programs Instructor, you’ll deliver fun, high-impact swimming lessons to children aged 5-12 from both town and remote schools - helping build water confidence and essential life skills. This exciting role combines hands-on teaching with coordination and mentorship, as you support lesson planning, collaborate with schools, guide fellow instructors, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. If you’re enthusiastic, community-minded, and love working with kids, this is your chance to dive into a role that’s as meaningful as it is rewarding.
What You’ll Bring to the Role

- Experience teaching swimming, ideally to children
- Great communication and organisational skills to keep things running smoothly
