Westgate Basketball is growing, and so is our Big V program! After launching our Championship-winning Youth Men’s team in 2024, we’re thrilled to expand with the introduction of a Youth Women’s team in 2025.

We’re now on the lookout for passionate, driven, and experienced Head Coaches to lead both our Youth Men’s and Youth Women’s Big V teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, plan and deliver a high-performance, development-focused program
• Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture
• Guide young athletes along the performance pathway
• Manage assistant coaches, collaborate with the DOC, and drive team success
• Commit to 2–3 trainings per week, weekend games, and club events

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous coaching experience at Big V or equivalent representative level
• Strong basketball IQ and tactical understanding
• Excellent communicator and team motivator
• Passion for athlete development and growth
• WWCC and coaching accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
