We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Membership and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Members through day-to-day enquiries, processing sales, assisting with events, and helping deliver loyalty programs that strengthen our connection with fans, you will also be responsible for assisting to train and supervise casual staff and interns in the dedicated customer service team, to maximise customer sales and service.
This role is part of our Membership team, reporting to the Membership, Data & CRM Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Manage all day-to-day enquiries for the Club and be an escalation point for interns, casuals, Merchandise Store and Leagues Club reception teams.
- Execute regular sales and servicing programs throughout the year
- Assist in maintaining and servicing Membership sales and enquiries
- Support loyalty and nurture programs
- Support with Member and fan events, including player appearances
- Assist with the development of Membership, Ticketing, sales and customer experience strategies
- Attendance at home Games, as well as Club and Member events as required
Skills and Experience include (but not limited to):
- Experience with membership or ticketing platforms such as Ticketek Webpos, Ticketmaster Archtics, or similar
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organised with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Positive, proactive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable working during events and game days, including weekends and evenings
