How you can play a part

The Education Program Manager is the key leader of the Brisbane Broncos Sports Business Institute, overseeing a team responsible for interfacing with students, parents, TAFE Queensland and the wider Broncos organisation. Working collaboratively with our education partner, TAFE Queensland, this role manages the attraction and retention of students, work integrated learning across the club and the day-to-day management of the program deliverables. Responsible for the management of the Brisbane Broncos Sports Business Institute on behalf of the Brisbane Broncos through;

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver an exceptional end to end student experience with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Oversee the deliver and ongoing development of a comprehensive work integrated learning program across Brisbane Broncos Operations
  • Manage the partnership and compliance requirements with TAFE Queensland, including collaboration on program schedules, guest speakers and wellbeing support
  • Drive student attraction and retention through engaging recruitment strategies, events and school/club outreach activities
  • Champion internal advocacy and stakeholder engagement to strengthen program impact across the Club and partners
  • Monitor risk, OH&S, and legislative compliance related to program delivery and student wellbeing
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities including program innovation and new partnerships that enhance student experience and workplace diversity
  • Report on program outcomes and performance through regular partner and internal reporting frameworks

To be considered

To be considered for this opportunity you will have

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Education, Sports Management
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, program management, and/or project management in the education sector.
  • Proven ability to achieve KPIs and deliver outcomes in fast paced, deadline driven environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders including students, partners and internal teams
  • Excellent time management, organisation and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
