About the role

We are seeking energetic and determined full time Membership Sales Representatives (fixed-term, 8 months) to join our broader Consumer Team dedicated to providing best in class service and support to our new and existing membership base.

While this begins as a fixed term role we are hopeful a permanent future role may be possible.

This role’s key focus will be executing the club’s membership sales campaigns. You will be responsible for achieving daily sales figures through a combination of inbound and outbound calls to members and prospects. You will also identify new member prospects and upgrade membership packages through strong sales techniques as well as provide second to none customer service.

The Membership Sales Representative will be required to work both as part of the team and autonomously. This also involves the ability to identify new member prospects and upgrade membership packages through strong sales techniques, as well as providing a service quality that exceeds their expectations.

About you

You have a relentless drive to create leads and maximise conversions. You’re passionate about working in an energetic sales environment, delivering strong customer service and being a team player. A fast-paced environment is where you thrive, and your can-do attitude coupled with a goal-oriented mindset will see you succeed in this role. 

You have a genuine passion for footy and can hold an engaging conversation with our most passionate supporters. You don’t back down from a challenge and have the resilience to ride the highs and lows of the footy season while maintaining positivity and enthusiasm. 

What you need

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a membership and/or sales specific role in a call centre environment 
  • Past success in a target-based B2C call centre sales environment 
  • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Exceptional written and spoken customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High energy and outgoing personality
  • Experience in Archtics highly advantageous (please mention this in your cover letter if you do)
