We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Administration Coordinator to join the SMJFL. In this full-time role (fixed term through 31 October 26), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive admin support to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day business operations, in particular with Partnerships and Events.
What you'll be doing
- Support SMJFL Partner activations and entitlements in conjunction with the General Manager – Member & Business Services
- Assisting with the management of relationships with suppliers and coordinate the supply of critical organisational items. Including:
- Apparel
- Match and Training Balls
- Club Merchandise
- Medical Services, Suppliers, and Training
- Match Day Paperwork
- Provide administration support and coordinate all SMJFL events including but not limited to venue bookings, catering, presentations, trophy orders, invites and event project plans
- Help develop the SMJFL’s annual events calendar, including partner rounds, league events, football events and more
- Providing a range of administrative support services, including managing league operational and event calendars, the office landline and more
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other Partner documents
- Conduct quarterly stocktakes as required
- Offering general support to the broader team as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a professional services or business environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
