Strength & Conditioning Coach
Your key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver age-appropriate strength and conditioning programs
- Conduct fitness testing and athlete profiling
- Monitor training load, wellness, and performance data
- Work collaboratively with performance, coaching, rehab, and medical staff
Your qualifications & experience:
- ASCA Level 1 or higher (or working towards)
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science, Sport & Exercise Physiology, or related field
- Previous experience coaching adolescent athletes in a team sport setting
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check (NSW)
Rehab Coach
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised rehab and reconditioning programs
- Conduct on-field and gym-based rehab sessions
- Assist with functional movement assessments and return-to-play protocols
- Liaise with medical and performance staff on injury management
Your qualifications & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Strength & Conditioning
- Experience in athlete rehab or injury management within a sporting environment
- Understanding of load management and RTP protocols
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check (NSW)
Sports Trainer
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide first aid, taping, and injury management during training and games
- Assist with hydration, warm-ups, and recovery protocols
- Maintain medical equipment and supplies
- Support communication between athletes, medical, and coaching staff
Your qualifications & experience:
- Minimum Sports Trainer Level 1 (SMA or equivalent) - Level 2 desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Experience supporting youth or senior rugby league teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working With Children Check (NSW)
Junior Sports Scientist
Your key responsibilities:
- Assist with the collection and analysis of GPS, RPE, wellness, and performance data
- Maintain athlete monitoring systems and support data reporting
- Support physical testing protocols and assist in training load management
- Provide practical on-field assistance to the S&C and Coaching team
Your qualifications & experience:
- Currently studying or recently completed degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of athlete monitoring tools (e.g. GPS, RPE, Wellness)
- Strong data analysis and communication skills
- Experience using systems such as Smartabase, Catapult, or TeamBuildr is desirable
- Working With Children Check (NSW)
