Located in the ever-expanding region of Windsor, about 60km north-west of Sydney, is the growing and proud Windsor Leagues Club. We’re the home of grassroots Rugby League in the Hawkesbury, proudly supporting 53 teams ranging from Under 5s through to our Open Adult teams via our Windsor Wolves.

Windsor Leagues is a welcoming, family-friendly community hub offering something for everyone. Our facilities include 65 EGMs, TAB/Keno, a busy (outsourced) bistro with indoor/outdoor dining, a popular kids’ play area, and a large function room for events and meetings. We have approximately 7,500 members and 25 staff.

We’re now looking for an energetic, relationship-driven person to join our team as Marketing and Partnerships Manager. You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with the Football Manager, Bistro partner, and Functions team. The role is full-time, but we’re open to flexible working options as well for the right candidate.

What you will be doing:

As the face of our marketing and partnerships activity, you'll drive the Club’s profile through engaging content, strategic promotions, and strong relationship-building – particularly in the areas of sponsorship, social media, community engagement, and member marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and grow our Rugby League Sponsorship and Partner Program
  • Identify, approach and secure new sponsors and partners aligned with our values
  • Build tailored proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage reporting and invoicing
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and advertising strategies
  • Coordinate social media content, posting calendars, and paid ad performance
  • Capture and create engaging content (photos, video, artwork) across platforms
  • Manage website updates (via Daily Press) and Google Business profile
  • Respond to Google reviews within 24 hours and drive positive public perception
  • Develop monthly newsletters (including for Windsor Wolves) and promotional materials
  • Lead special event planning - e.g. Sportsman’s Lunches, Seniors’ Shows, school holiday events
  • Actively network with local businesses, media, and community groups
  • Represent the Club at local business chamber events and LGA ClubGRANTS committees
  • Support membership growth and retention through creative campaigns and offers
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Bistro, Functions, Accounts, and Football

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience building sponsorships or partnerships in business, sport or community
  • A marketing mindset with proven campaign and content creation skills
  • Strong writing, graphic design (eg Canva), and social media skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of organisation
  • A natural ability to build rapport and engage people at all levels
  • Experience in membership marketing, database management and CRM use
  • A flexible approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
  • Knowledge of rugby league or club/hospitality environments (highly desirable)
