Melbourne Grammar School is seeking an experienced 10A Rowing Coach to join our Senior School sports program on a casual basis.
Sport has a long and proud tradition at Melbourne Grammar and our aim is to give every student the experience of competing in inter-School and inter-House sports. The coaching staff at Melbourne Grammar School provide valuable support to the teaching staff who are responsible for coaching the students in their chosen sporting disciplines.

This role is based in our Senior School, where we welcome Year 9 – 12 boys each day. Here, students focus on academic success while refining their abilities to contribute to positive change. Our Senior School is located at our South Yarra campus and is attended by approximately 850 students, both day and boarding.
You will:
- Attend all training sessions and regattas as outlined by the Director of Rowing
- Adequately prepare all rowers for the Head of the River competition
- Adhere to the training and racing regulations of the APS
- Select crew, as required, according to the selection criteria of the School
- Attend meetings, as required by the Director of Rowing
Level 2 coaching accreditation desirable but not required.
