Junior Soccer Coach (Multi-Sport a Bonus!)

We have coaching opportunities available Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 7 PM, across two exciting coaching projects. While most of our work is football-focused, being comfortable delivering a multi-sport program is a big plus.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow as a coach, take on leadership responsibilities, and help manage a small team while contributing to the development of our expanding programs.
About Us:
We are a $6 million, purpose-built, all-weather small-sided football facility based in Western Sydney. Football isn’t just a game to us - it’s a way of life.
About the Role:
You’ll become a key part of our Junior Youth Clinics (ages 5-12), with sessions running:
- Monday - Friday: 3PM - 7 PM
We’re looking for a coach who:
- Has experience working with players aged 5-12 years
- Is passionate, reliable, and committed to delivering the Ultimate Soccer coaching experience
- Brings high energy, a positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm to every session
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Is keen to contribute to program development and team leadership
Bonus if you:
- Are comfortable delivering multi-sport sessions
- Have the ability or interest to help manage other coaches
