We're looking for enthusiastic Casual Rowing Coaches to join our vibrant team! 

You will be part of a passionate coaching team, focussed on delivering high quality rowing instruction across the program. If you love rowing, enjoy working with young people, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this job is for you!

The Average Day:

• Support and promote rowing techniques and terminology adopted by the Carey rowing program
• Manage crews in a mature and efficient way whilst enforcing safety protocols
• Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where rowers of all levels can thrive
• Act in line with and model Carey's core calues of Care, Respect and Growth at all times

The Person:

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Experience in and knowledge of rowing
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with students of varying abilities
• Excellent organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.

A valid Employee Working with Children Check and current Anaphylaxis Accreditation are requirements of employment for this position.
