About the Role
As the first point of contact for our swim school, you’ll provide outstanding customer service to families while also being ready to assist in the pool if a swim teacher is unavailable. You’ll handle reception duties, manage customer accounts, and help keep our facility running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries about classes, schedules, and payments
Handle phone and email communication, manage enrolments, and respond to general queries
Maintain a clean and tidy facility
Record daily financial transactions and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payment collections
Assist management with daily administrative tasks as required
Step in as a swim teacher when needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a swim teacher (current or past)
1 year of experience in a similar customer service or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in computer use (e.g., emails, scheduling software, basic finance tasks)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
