Netball ACT (NACT) is looking for an enthusiastic individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Netball sporting facility. This pivotal role combines procurement, finance, human resources, event coordination, maintenance oversight, stakeholder engagement, and administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage both strategic tasks and hands-on duties.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management of NACT competitions, including State League and Junior Championships.
Oversee the management of NACT social competition. including the rostering of casual staff and umpires.
Oversee the management and control of the NACT canteen including all stock and financial control to deliver budget revenue and profit targets.
Manage supplier invoices, utilities, and contractor payments. Perform account coding and reconciliation in Xero. Manage social competition invoicing and pursue unpaid invoices.
Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety Act and regulations to ensure the health and safety of self and others in the workplace.
Management of the facilities operations and maintenance. Including liaising with external contractors.
Management of facility bookings and associated logistics.
